We started a new training program for Prozinco Employees last Saturday 03/12/2022 with the initiative “The Whole, greater than the sum of its parts”.

 

This program aims to increase the skills of our executives and management personnel and addresses topics such as teamwork, Communication, Leadership and Conflict Management, with the aim of improving our collective performance and increasing our productivity and our performance.

 

In the end, we hope to have contributed to further improve individual skills and thus provide our employees with a better working environment and greater satisfaction for our customers, as the whole will certainly be greater than the sum of the parts.”
